Living with Intention

There are many books that have come out about the subject of attracting what you want and clarifying the don't wants so you know what you do want. It sounds confusing when put that way! In the dizzying array of books however, the clearest message being projected is that the clearer you are about what you really want, the quicker you're going to get it.
In other words, be clear with your intent.
Living from a place of intention is liberating. It takes practice but it is worth the trial and error. It permits you to discard the nagging doubts and anxieties that distract you from your focus, and empowers you by allowing your statement to resonate with the universe in such a way as to make things happen.
It doesn't have to be radical either. You can start small and build it up. A simple step in the right direction makes all the difference in your life in the long run. Even something as simple as 'I intend to have a great breakfast this morning', sets up your thoughts to put that into action. It bears repeating if you find your gremlin coming into play or find that doubts start to arise. By even stating this sentence you will feel a massive difference in your energy and attitude - because you are being crystal clear about how you intend the next moment to be.
As we approach Christmas this is possibly one of the best exercises to begin training in. Live your life with intention so that the joy generated by such clarity can be enjoyed by you and thus ripple outwards in a positive motion. It beats focusing on the negative!
Intend to live the best life you can at this moment in time.
